Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate virtual care for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will have the autonomy to set your own schedule while collaborating within a multi-specialty care model that includes a medical provider and a therapist.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nationally Certified RD/RDN (CDR) with a license to practice in any U.S. state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients in midlife/menopause transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program format to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
