Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual nutrition care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. You will set your own schedule while collaborating with a dedicated medical provider and therapist to create cohesive, patient-centered plans.

In this role, you will conduct video visits, provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, and document carefully, ensuring privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD/RDN with a US state license to practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and excellent communication for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
