Job summary

United Smart Tech is seeking a Virtual Recruiter to manage the hiring process entirely online from a remote setting. You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill open roles.

This full-time night-shift role requires at least 2 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS/HRIS. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Strong communication across phone, email, and video.

Virtual Recruiter

A Virtual Recruiter is a remote talent acquisition professional who manages the hiring process entirely online. They source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill open roles. They also keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process, using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and video conferencing tools.

What You'll Do:

Compensation:
