As an RD/RDN, you will conduct video visits, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and support patients through multi-week programs while maintaining compliant documentation and autonomy in care decisions.

Qualifications

• National RD or RDN credential with US licensure.
• Experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth platforms and EMR.
• Excellent communication and team-based approach to care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to plan comprehensive treatment.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with standards.
