• Must hold national RD or RDN license in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Available for at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, EMR, and video visits.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide nutrition care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
