Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice offering care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. We deliver nutrition-focused telehealth services with a multi-disciplinary team to improve women's and children's health nationwide.

As a contracted Dietitian, you will conduct video visits, collaborate to build holistic care plans, and guide patients through multi-week programs.

Qualificações

• National RD or RDN certification with a US state license.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Able to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth, video conferencing, and EMR systems.
• Strong communication and collaborative care mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
