Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions. You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve metabolic health and wellbeing.

This independent contractor role offers total scheduling flexibility, onboarding bonuses, and compensation per active visit hour, with no minimum guaranteed visits.

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN certification with a US license.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong independence and collaborative communication for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits providing one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with privacy standards.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits on the Pomelo platform.
