Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual care for midlife and menopause transitions. You’ll set your own schedule, work with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy to improve metabolic health and bone health.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible hours, compensation of $60–$70 per active visit hour plus pay for no-shows, and an onboarding bonus of $250 after your first visit.

Qualifications

• National certification as a RD or RDN with licensure to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
