Job summary

The Studio B&H is seeking a Production Sales Consultant with deep knowledge of digital cinema workflows, camera systems, and lighting. You will build long-lasting professional relationships with corporate and professional clients, advising on field and studio setups.

You will engage customers, craft comprehensive system quotes, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to deliver complex productions. Some travel and events participation are required.

Qualifications

• Intimate knowledge of production and post-production tech and digital workflows.
• Strong knowledge of camera systems and lenses; color science and operation.
• Extensive lighting knowledge for field and studio production.
• Familiar with DMX, sACN, Art-Net, CRMX lighting control protocols.
• Understanding of SMPTE standards and SDI routing.
• Knowledge of IP transport protocols and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Engage professional customers to set up production environments and workflows.
• Devise technically sound solutions for corporate and professional clients.
• Manage incoming projects from direct customers and other B&H sales departments.
• Prepare comprehensive system quotes and ensure delivery and installation when applicable.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal resources for complex workflows.
• Assist in trade shows, events, and conferences as needed.
• Travel for customer visits, site surveys, events, and trainings.
