Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking an event support specialist to deliver end-to-end support for live events, executive sessions, and studio-based production environments in Boston.

The role includes supporting hybrid events, managing studio workflows (live and recorded), and providing VIP executive support during critical events, while coordinating with marketing, communications, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in live event production and AV operations.
• Familiarity with studio tools and workflows for audio/video switching.
• Experience with hybrid events and platforms (Teams/Zoom/VBrick).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end event support (setup, execution, teardown).
• Support hybrid events (in-person + virtual).
• Manage studio production workflows (live + recorded).
