If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families during their formative years (ages 12 to 34), we invite you to become part of our extraordinary team of multidisciplinary specialists who are transforming therapy into a vibrant virtual experience, providing critical support and guidance from the comfort of home.

We are seeking candidates who are licensed in three or more of our active states, which include: California, Texas, Kansas, Idaho and Virginia. We will cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees, enabling you to expand your practice across multiple states.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide individual and family therapy while curating personalized treatment plans, conducting intake assessments for new clients, and completing insurance review notes.
  2. Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.
  3. Lead IOP group sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families.
  4. Work alongside empathetic colleagues who value trust, service, growth, and results in delivering exceptional mental health support.
  5. Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
  1. Fully licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LMSW in Texas or within three of our active states.
  2. Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
  3. Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach.
  4. Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.
  5. Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual IOP.
Benefits
  1. Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy work-life balance with no crisis calls required.
  2. Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K matching, paid parental leave, and PTO.
  3. Professional Development: Access training in Embark's Treatment Approach, DBT, and ERP.
  4. Collaboration and Support: Work alongside a Nurse Practitioner during treatment team meetings.
  5. Positive Work Environment: Participate in team bonding activities and celebrations.
  6. Utilize Outcome Measures (GAD-7, PHQ-9, FAD-GF, YOQ) to enhance your practice.

Candidates must be prepared to establish a CAQH profile and obtain an NPI as part of onboarding.
