Starting Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (Fully Licensed)

Schedule: 11 AM - 7 PM PST or 2 PM - 10 PM EST (Monday - Thursday) - Flexible Hours

Remote position

At Embark Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to combating the rising rates of suicide, depression, and anxiety through exceptional mental health treatment. Our Remote Licensed Therapist position plays a crucial role in our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), making vital, life-saving therapy accessible to those who need it most. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families during their formative years (ages 12 to 34), we invite you to become part of our team of multidisciplinary specialists transforming therapy into a vibrant virtual experience, providing critical support and guidance from home.

We seek candidates licensed in three or more of our active states: California, Virginia, Idaho, Kansas, & Texas. We will cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees to help expand your practice across multiple states.

Responsibilities

1. Provide individual and family therapy, create personalized treatment plans, conduct intake assessments, and complete insurance review notes.
2. Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning for comprehensive client care.
3. Lead IOP group sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for clients and families.
4. Work with empathetic colleagues who value trust, service, growth, and results.
5. Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

1. Be fully licensed as an LCPC, LMFT, or LSCSW in Kansas or in three of our active states.
2. Preferred experience with relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
3. Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, integrating these practices into your approach.
4. Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during critical developmental years.
5. Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired.
