Job summary

Prudential Financial’s GI Premier Client Relationship Management team seeks an experienced Account Executive to service and grow a Pacific Southwest portfolio, primarily in Arizona. You will manage relationships with clients, brokers and internal partners to retain and expand business while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role involves strategic planning, collaboration with sales leadership, and occasional on-site presence, with travel up to 30% and a focus on profitability and service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Group Insurance experience
• Active Life and Health Insurance license or obtained within 30 days of hire
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business (500–5,000 lives) and develop client-specific business plans to retain and grow profitability
• Collaborate with Premier Sales Executives and Regional Account Director to grow accounts and coordinate enrollment
• Build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal partners to win new business and provide consultative support
• Lead stewardship meetings and participate in special projects; mentor new hires and peers
• Provide coaching and mentoring, update reporting systems
