Job summary

One Medical seeks a licensed Physician Assistant for the Virtual Medical Team to deliver world-class primary care through telehealth visits, triage, and email follow-ups. You will join a collaborative team providing care 24/7, supported by ongoing Clinical Rounds and cross-functional communication with virtual and in-office teammates.

The role requires an MSPAS degree, active NCCPA certification, and DC/MD/VA licensure with ability to obtain other licenses.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification
• 5 years as Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings with patients of all ages
• Current PA license in DC/MD/VA with ability to obtain additional state licenses, VA must allow autonomous practice
• Weekday and weekend shift availability (every other Saturday/Sunday) and shifts ranging 6am–5pm ET, 11am–10pm ET, 1pm–12am ET
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone triage, and email follow-ups
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
• Provide exceptional care to patients using your clinical training in a virtual setting
