Our goal at Optimum Care Counseling and Wellness Solutions is to help clients utilize their strengths to gain insight and feel more in control. We are seeking applicants with a Master's in Mental and Behavioral Health or Counseling; we can assist you in obtaining your license and practicing under supervision. We offer flexible hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, requiring a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week. You will provide individual counseling services remotely from your home office, as we are 100% virtual. We utilize a comprehensive electronic health records system with a telehealth platform for virtual patient sessions.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish open communication with individuals experiencing mental or emotional issues.
2. Assist individuals with mental and behavioral health concerns.
3. Provide prevention-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, or psychoanalytic therapies.
4. Develop and implement treatment plans.
5. Collaborate with our in-house psychiatrist, nurse practitioners, other providers, and agencies.
6. Complete all documentation promptly.
7. Complete required online EHR training (paid, approximately 10-15 hours).

Qualifications:

• Experience in mental and behavioral health counseling or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Master’s degree required.

We currently offer diagnosis and treatment for ADD/ADHD with FDA-approved testing.
