We are seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS) to implement the client's marketing plan by delivering effective sales presentations to current and prospective customers. The VSS will organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory, manage territory information, and comply with reporting and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospects to deliver sales presentations.
  • Articulate clinical information clearly to office staff using educational resources virtually.
  • Build trust and credibility through professional communication with HCPs and office staff.
  • Support office staff to drive product value by providing appropriate tools.

You should have...

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
  • At least 1 year of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong account management and collaboration skills
  • Technical proficiency with computers
  • Self-motivation and a performance-driven mindset
  • Expertise in customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively while adhering to compliance guidelines

Preferred qualifications include...

  • Over 1 year of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex product information to healthcare professionals
