Description

The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering effective sales presentations to current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage according to a plan of action. Proper administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets and prospective customers to deliver sales presentations.
  • Articulating clinical information clearly to office staff using educational resources.
  • Building trust and credibility through professional communication with HCPs and office staff virtually.
  • Supporting office staff to drive product value by providing appropriate tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
  • 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong account management and collaboration skills
  • Technical/computer proficiency
  • Self-motivated with a performance focus
  • Excellent selling skills, including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion
  • Effective prioritization and planning, with adherence to compliance guidelines

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals
