This role involves leading the transformation of healthcare by providing outbound marketing, disease state education, and inbound customer support in a virtual environment. Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.

The Virtual Sales Specialist will implement marketing plans, deliver sales presentations, organize territory coverage, and ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to deliver sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a call schedule for comprehensive territory coverage.
  • Accurately record interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Articulate clinical benefits and value of products to healthcare professionals.
  • Build trust and credibility through professional communication in a virtual setting.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Strong selling, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Over 1 year of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience.
  • Understanding of medical/scientific concepts and ability to convey complex information.
