Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to deliver clinically informed sales presentations to healthcare professionals and office staff in a remote-capable role across the United States. You will manage outbound communications, provide education, and build credible relationships to drive product value.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in B2B or pharmaceutical sales, with strong account management and digital selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum required).
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical/computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.

Virtual Sales Specialist

The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client’s marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
