Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Virtual Sales Specialist to deliver confident, compliant sales presentations to healthcare professionals and offices in the assigned territory. In this role, you will plan activities, manage the coverage plan, and report results to ensure consistent outreach across channels.

You’ll bring a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of B2B or pharmaceutical sales, strong account management skills, and solid technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum required).
• 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Technical/computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS).

The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60-65k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate ’ s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
