Qualifications

• Expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building via e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales presentations to current and prospective customers.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with targets.
• Articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Focus on total office staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist (VSS).

The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60-65k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate ’ s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
