Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits.

• Organize and manage personal injury case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.

• Assist attorneys with settlement preparation, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordinating witnesses.

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case progress.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with expertise in drafting legal documents and managing case files.

• Experience in Workers’ Compensation is a preferred plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
