Job summary

Ladder Health, Inc. is seeking a self‑motivated Pediatric Speech‑Language Pathologist for our telehealth program serving children 0–6 and their families. The role emphasizes caregiver‑guided intervention, play‑based therapy, and the use of technology to augment care.

You will perform virtual evaluations, develop personalized care plans, and coach families in home activities. North Carolina licensure is required; bilingual candidates are appreciated.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
• Experience delivering pediatric services (0–6 years) in EI, school-based, or private practice settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consults/evaluations with children and families; determine need for ongoing support.
• Create clinically sound, personalized care plans and schedule therapy frequency (weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly).
• Facilitate therapy sessions with child and caregiver(s) and educate activities for home use.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records including progress and summaries.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure holistic care for children and families.
