Job summary

Ladder Health, Inc. is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to conduct virtual consults and evaluations for children aged 0–6, partnering with families and clinicians to deliver developmentally appropriate therapy.

The role emphasizes caregiver coaching, use of technology to augment care, and collaboration with pediatric care teams. Massachusetts licensure is required, with flexible scheduling and potential for part‑time telehealth work.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with telehealth experience preferred.
• Experience working with children aged 0–6 and their caregivers is expected.
• Up-to-date evidence-based practices and use of technology to facilitate care are valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consults/evaluations with children and families and determine ongoing support needs.
• Create personalized care plans and recommend therapy frequency (weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly).
• Facilitate therapy sessions with caregiver education for at-home activities.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records including summaries and progress notes.
• Suggest home exercises and activities to advance therapy goals between sessions.
• Contribute to platform improvements, including screener reviews and exercise library expansion.
• Respond to the messaging portal on a predetermined cadence.
• Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure holistic care.
