Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care experience (recent).
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor patients remotely using video and telecommunication tools.
• Identify signs of agitation or safety concerns and inappropriate device interactions.
• Immediately notify bedside clinical staff of urgent changes requiring intervention.
• Maintain professional communication with patients, colleagues and onsite care teams.
• Accurately document observations and actions taken following established protocols.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure continuous patient safety.
