Job summary

Shift: Days, FTE 0.15, on-site role. Prior healthcare experience preferred; BLS required within 6 months. Strong attention, multitasking, and reliability are essential to maintain patient safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Behavioral health education/training within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support (Healthcare Provider) within 6 months of hire.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate and minor repairs on equipment.
• Proficient with keyboard use to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Continuously observe patients and report changes to nursing staff.
• Monitor patient environment to ensure safety.
• Interact with patients using push-to-call devices or headset.
• Provide activities of daily living as directed by RN.
• Document care and behavioral changes as directed.
