• Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring an organized and user-friendly process.
• Manage online leads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide information and support regarding in-network and out-of-network insurance, including deductibles and copays.
• Describe treatment options and pricing to assist patients in making informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records within our scheduling system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets and goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist, virtual or on-site.
• Proficiency in Nexgen EMR or similar electronic medical records systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, including deductibles and copays.
• Ability to communicate treatment options and pricing clearly and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills with polished English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
