What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients (families impacted by dementia) who have expressed interest in the program
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess the needs of families and determine program suitability
3. Clearly and compassionately explain the employer's dementia care program, including clinical pathways and support services
4. Accurately track and document all client interactions and relevant information in the CRM system
5. Build rapport and trust with families, providing education and support during challenging times

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. College degree preferably in social work or psychology
2. Comfortable with technology and performing this role virtually
3. Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
4. Experience building rapport and collaborative relationships with patients and families
5. Ability to effectively manage difficult patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
