You will perform routine clerical and administrative tasks to support patients, including handling inquiries about programs and services, and assisting in transitions of care. Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, you will register and schedule patients, verify insurance, coordinate paperwork, and maintain accurate records across EMR platforms while

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient with computers and EMR software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma with experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and provide Rogers program information to callers.
• Register and schedule patients; verify insurance guarantor info.
• Support patient transitions and coordinate with care teams.
