Fullmind seeks a remote educator to join its pool of certified teachers delivering virtual instruction to U.S. students. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with placements through school and district partners. Immediate starts depend on available openings after onboarding.

$36-45 hourly. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity. Hours vary throughout the day and week. Both full-day and part-time roles available. Valid Ohio Teacher Certification is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Access our educator portal to select the jobs you take on
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum

• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies
• Track student grades and performance
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification in one of the areas above.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
