Job summary

Fullmind seeks a fully remote 8th grade ELA educator to deliver live-streamed instruction as a 1099 contractor.

The role follows the school calendar (start 10/9/26 through 5/26/27) with a daily rate of $255–$260 and a M-F 8:45 AM–3:45 PM EST schedule. Requires an active USA state teaching certification, a Bachelor's degree, and reliable tech for online teaching.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and hold an active USA state-issued teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and background check.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!

• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
• Engage and nurture student learning through thoughtful, relationship-focused strategies

• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

The Role
