Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a Middle School Spanish educator to deliver remote, certificate-based instruction via our partner districts. This 1099 contract role starts on 10/12/26 with placements that align to the school calendar and runs through 5/26/27.

The educator will select openings in our portal, teach the district curriculum on the district’s virtual platform, and develop aligned lesson plans while fostering student engagement and relationship-building in a fully online environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States with an active state teaching certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Reliable internet, laptop/desktop, webcam, headset.
• Complete virtual skills teaching demonstration and background check as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Access the educator portal to select jobs and placements.
• Teach the district curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning with relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance; participate in PD sessions and faculty meetings.

Job description

• Role: Middle School Spanish educator

• Daily Rate: $255-260; rates are negotiable and subject to change
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM EST

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Must beauthorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification.
• Minimum of3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have aBachelor's Degreefrom an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
