HelloHero is seeking a Remote School-based Occupational Therapist to deliver OT services for K-12 students across districts. The role offers school-day hours, a flexible 1099 or W2 arrangement, and strong onboarding plus dedicated internal support.

Expect collaboration with school teams, completion of documentation, IEP meetings, and ongoing caseload growth with a focus on meaningful outcomes. Rate is $60-66 per hour with paid training and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin license required.

Location: Remote

Schedule: School-day hours (aligned with student schedules)

Employment Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor) and W2 options available

Availability: 5 hours per week - opportunity to grow caseload

This is a remote, school-based Occupational Therapist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Rate: $60-66 per hour

• Annual Loyalty Bonus

• Paid for documentation, IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reporting at the same hourly rate

• Paid for no-shows and late cancellations

• Completed sessions include an additional 10% to account for session documentation time

• 15mins extra added to your first session for every new student added to your caseload (hourly roles) for IEP review and scheduling time

• Flexible employment options, including 1099 or W2, based on your preference

• Paid training ($20/hour), including HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training
