Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Virtual Occupational Therapist to support students remotely across K–12. This school-based role offers 10–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, aligned with student timetables.

Work is performed as either a 1099 contractor or W2 employee, and includes paid training at $20/hour. You will deliver OT services via our platform, conduct assessments, develop goals, participate in IEP meetings, and communicate with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin occupational therapy license required.
• Department of Education licensure.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year preferred).
• Comfort with virtual service delivery using online platforms.
• Reliable internet and equipment for remote therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress; complete documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
