HelloHero is seeking a remote school-based Occupational Therapist to support students across K-12 districts. You will deliver OT services aligned with IEPs, conduct assessments, set goals, and collaborate with school teams and families using our virtual platform.

Position is 10–20 hours per week, with 1099 or W2 options, and rates of $55–$60 per hour. Wisconsin license and DOE licensure are required, plus experience with IEPs and virtual delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling

• Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Scheduling is aligned with student availability
• Structured caseloads and scheduling support

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin license

• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems
• Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery

Benefits Compensation & Pay Structure

• Rate: $55-$60per hour

• Completed sessionsinclude anadditional 10%to account for session documentation time
• 15mins extra added to your first sessionfor every new studentadded to your caseload (hourly roles) for IEP review and scheduling time

• Paid training ($20/hour),including HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training
