Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Experience in telephonic support, patient access, reimbursement, or care coordination.
• Experience with high-volume inbound/outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual high-volume omnichannel support via email, chat, text, and calls to patients and HCPs.
• Demonstrate empathy and high emotional intelligence to build trust with patients and HCPs.
• Verify benefits, manage prior authorizations, and navigate insurance reimbursement processes.
