Job summary

Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our virtual care team. This remote role requires an unrestricted APP license and at least 4 years of primary, family, urgent, or emergency care experience.

You will diagnose, guide care, and collaborate with physicians to deliver patient-first virtual care. We offer a flexible, remote work environment, competitive pay, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license (NP/PA). NP license must be compact in some states.
• Minimum four (4) years providing care in primary, family, urgent or emergency care.
• Strong communication and digital literacy for virtual care.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Residency in AZ, CO, IL, MO, OH, PA or TX for this virtual role.

Responsibilities

• Uncover root causes through video or secure chat to understand illness, injury, or medical conditions.
• Deliver accurate diagnoses using clinical history and remote tools.
• Guide care decisions, order and follow up on labs, coordinate care plans.
• Prescribe medications electronically and explain usage and side effects clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to provide seamless patient care.
• Innovate and adapt to challenges in virtual care.
