Job summary

Sana in the United States is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our virtual care team for six months, primarily to cover parental leave, with potential to transition into a longer-term role.

You will deliver mostly asynchronous primary care to adults across preventive care, chronic disease management, and common acute concerns, working Monday–Friday 9–5 CT; licensed in Texas or other states; remote-first.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license.
• 3+ years of experience providing primary care to adults.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CT.
• Comfort delivering primarily asynchronous care and decision-making via messaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality primary care across asynchronous and synchronous modalities.
• Build longitudinal patient relationships to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage a fast-paced caseload of asynchronous cases daily with sound clinical judgment.
• Communicate with clarity and empathy while following team norms.
• Master Sana's clinical platforms and AI-assisted workflows to troubleshoot and optimize.
• Contribute to clinical protocols and workflows to improve patient experience and efficiency.
• Collaborate across clinical, product, and operations teams with humility and shared success.
• Use data to support proactive panel management and improved outcomes.
