The Stepping Stones Group is seeking licensed clinical supervisors to provide virtual supervision for school-based mental health professionals in South Carolina. This part-time, flexible role allows supervision hours that count toward licensure and offers meaningful clinical mentorship for clinicians serving students in under-resourced schools.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree and an active LMFT license with at least five years of relevant experience, plus two years of supervisory

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Licensed LMFT with current license.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience with children/adolescents (school-based preferred).
• Minimum 2 years providing clinical supervision.
• Eligible to supervise in South Carolina.
• Comfortable with virtual supervision via Zoom/Teams/Google Meet.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) to school-based clinicians.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery and best practices in school settings.
• Mentor clinicians, troubleshoot complex cases, build clinical competence.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervision Coordinator to evaluate clinicians and address concerns.
• Conduct annual evaluations and maintain state licensing board documentation.
• Schedule and lead weekly supervision sessions meeting state requirements.
