Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide supervision and telehealth sessions for clients in South Carolina. You must be independently licensed in SC as LISW-CP and reside in SC.

The role includes supervising at least six resident clinicians, weekly group supervision, and individual supervision tied to clinical hours. We offer a full benefits package, paid orientation, flexible scheduling seven days a week, and administrative support including credentialing, billing, and marketing

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LISW-CP in SC.
• Ability to supervise multiple clinicians and provide telehealth supervision.
• Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.
• Lead weekly group supervision and individual supervision tied to hours.
• Maintain clinical caseload with available hours for clients.
• Provide documentation oversight and coaching on development.
