Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state where services will be provided.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical practice with demonstrated supervision/leadership.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with evidence-based modalities.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills to provide feedback and support supervisees.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and professional codes of ethics.
• Experience with diverse populations addressing trauma, substance use, cultural identity, and social justice.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and related tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to a team of therapists and counselors, including individual, group, and case consultations.
• Oversee development and implementation of evidence-based, client-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist supervisees in risk assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals as needed.
• Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for supervisees.
• Collaborate with mental health team to coordinate care and ensure continuity for clients.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethics in clinical practice.
• Guide ethical dilemmas, boundary issues, and professional challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supervision sessions, agreements, and evaluations.
• Mentor and promote ethical, culturally competent practice and DEI within the team.
