• Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group instructional coaching to mathematics teachers in grades 3-10.
• Support teachers in planning and implementing rigorous, standards-aligned mathematics instruction.
• Model effective instructional practices and provide actionable feedback to strengthen classroom instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop effective lessons, instructional strategies, and interventions based on student needs.
• Monitor instructional trends and student outcomes to identify areas for continued coaching and professional development.
• Maintain documentation of coaching support, teacher progress, and instructional needs.
