Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in consultative environments.
• 3+ years inside sales experience.
• Experience in interior design, building products, or home furnishings.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the sales process with cross-team support.
• Contact potential clients from existing lists to schedule meetings.
• Execute warm and cold calling to 400+ accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments for best-in-class client experience.
• Conduct virtual presentations daily.
• Present Visual Comfort's value proposition to potential customers.
• Use CRM to manage cadence, pipeline, and follow-up.
