Job summary

Restaura Behavioral Health is hiring a part-time therapist to lead virtual evening IOP groups for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. The role focuses on running engaging, structured groups in a virtual setting and requires hands-on experience with both substance use and mental health.

Responsibilities include planning and leading IOP sessions Mon/Wed/Fri evenings, facilitating psychoeducational and process groups, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license or certification as a CDAC or LAC (required).
• Experience leading substance use and mental health groups (required).
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.

Restaura Behavioral Health runs a virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our clinical team delivers group-based care that is supportive and evidence-based, so clients can work on recovery while keeping up with work, family, and daily life.

Position Summary

Restaura is hiring a part-time therapist to lead our virtual evening IOP groups. The right candidate is comfortable running engaging, structured groups in a virtual setting and has hands-on experience with both substance use and mental health.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead virtual IOP group sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups on substance use, relapse prevention, coping skills, and co-occurring mental health concerns
• Keep a safe, respectful, and engaging group space online
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation that meets program and regulatory standards
• Watch client progress and raise any clinical concerns, safety issues, or crises with the clinical team
• Work with the treatment team on client care and service coordination
• Follow Restaura policies, confidentiality requirements (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2), and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Active Georgia license or certification as a CDAC or LAC (required)
• Experience leading substance use and mental health groups (required)
• Strong group facilitation, engagement, and de-escalation skills
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
• Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Experience with Microsoft Teams (preferred)
