Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Cary, NC seeks a dedicated Case Manager to join a collaborative care team of therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff. You will support client care throughout treatment, assist with admissions, and provide administrative and scheduling support.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, timely follow-up, and coordination with clinical partners to ensure access to resources. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in behavioral health are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 2 years in behavioral healthcare.
• Strong ethics, integrity and professional conduct in clinical settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, physicians and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Supports the admissions process and client orientation.
• Provides high level of customer service to clients, families, and clinical partners.
• Coordinates communication with clinical partners for admissions and ongoing client care.
• Gathers and tracks feedback from clients via surveys and reviews.
• Executes group facilitation and discharge planning as directed.
