Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient is hiring therapists for a fully remote role across the U.S. The position requires Tennessee licensure with willingness to obtain Iowa licensure and a Master’s degree in a related field.

You will provide individual, group and family therapy for a virtual Intensive Outpatient program, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and document progress thoroughly. The role emphasizes empathy, clinical excellence, and adherence to ethical guidelines within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Must hold an LCSW, LPC/MHSP, LMFT or PhD; PsyD with HSP, in good standing, within the state of Tennessee.
• Requires minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions in accordance with the clinical program schedule.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports per guidelines.
• Completes documentation within prescribed format and timelines; reflects ongoing assessments of client presentation.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
• Attends meetings and serves as a clinical advocate for assigned cases.
• Communicates client progress with referral sources, families, and guardians as appropriate.

Education

Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology
