Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient LLC seeks an experienced therapist to join our Raleigh area team. You will provide individual, family and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization program, under supervision of licensed clinicians.

The role requires a master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, plus a NC provisional license and at least two years of clinical experience. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive environment across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and state provisional license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.
• Strong ethics, cultural competence and collaborative care skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group and individual therapy sessions in accordance with the clinical program.
• Completes session notes, discharge plans, and other reports per guidelines.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Engages with clients and families empathetically and professionally.
