Provide independent paralegal support for various immigration matters.
Maintain timely communication with clients between 9 AM – 6 PM.
Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 20 hours/week).
3+ years of experience in a law firm setting with business immigration.
Proficient in immigration software like Docketwise and tech-savvy with Word, Excel, Adobe, and cloud-based tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Bilingual (Spanish required).
Have a Windows laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet.
