Raymond James invites high-performing sophomores to participate in the Investment Banking Sophomore Bootcamp, a virtual program exposing students to the role of an Investment Banking Analyst and the recruiting process. Successful participants may receive coaching and early consideration for the 2028 Summer Analyst class.

The bootcamp covers advising on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory tasks, with mentorship and career guidance throughout.

Competenze

• Enrolled at a U.S. university with expected graduation between Dec 2028 and Jun 2029.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, CS, data science, economics, engineering, finance, IS, marketing, management, math, statistics or related business field.
• Minimum GPA 3.5/4.0 preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, finance, or capital markets.
• Strong academic achievement, leadership, and extracurricular involvement or relevant experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future (OPT/EAD).
