Raymond James invites outstanding sophomores to the Investment Banking Sophomore Bootcamp, a virtual development and recruiting program designed to explore a career in investment banking.

Through the series of three virtual sessions, the program provides participants with early exposure to Raymond James Investment Banking, insight into the role of an Investment Banking Analyst, and preparation for the recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S. university with graduation between Dec 2028 and Jun 2029.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• Minimum GPA notional preference: 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of an Investment Banking Analyst.
• Gain exposure to Raymond James' industry and product groups.
• Hear directly from bankers about their career paths and experiences at Raymond James.
• Develop a better understanding of investment banking transactions and the role analysts play throughout the deal process.
• Receive guidance from Investment Banking Recruiting on the recruiting process, application expectations and timeline.
• Build relationships with Raymond James professionals and other students interested in investment banking.
• Prepare for the next stage of recruiting for the 2028 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program.
